Relax & Restore Bath Shower And Body Oil

Ritual:

Add 1 to 2 capfuls to warm bath water or add a capful to your usual shower gel on a flannel or sponge in the shower. It can also be used quite simply as a luxurious body oil.

This blend is the ultimate combination for relaxation and restoration, encouraging calm and peace, helping to ease tension and anxiety whilst comforting and balancing the body and mind.

Blend & Benefits:

Sandalwood is a soothing essential oil that brings a quietness to the body whilst hydrating the skin.

Frankincense is known for its ability to slow down breathing, promoting a feeling of calm and helping to release anxiety and tension as well as being excellent for the skin.

French Lavender is balancing and calming, helping with stress and anxiety and in promoting restful sleep.

Neroli not only helps to balance and lift the emotions but is amazing for the skin.

Palmarosa, with its lovely scent, brings comfort and calm.

Petitgrain is particularly useful for aiding anxiety and nervous tension.

How to Use:

In the Bath:
Once the bath has been run, add one to two capfuls and gently disperse the oil in the warm water with your hand.

For the Shower:
Take a capful and massage into your body before getting into the shower. Step into the shower and as the warm water envelops your body let the aroma from the essential oils work their magic.

OR add a capful to your usual shower gel on a flannel or sponge to enjoy the benefits that way.

As a Body Oil:
Use one to two capfuls dependent on area to be covered and massage into the body.
