Delivery

Delivery is to the UK only and the shipping rate is for mainland UK. Delivery rates will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Orders will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days and in the unlikely event that your order will take longer to be sent out, you will be advised accordingly.

Orders are only shipped on business days EXCLUDING Bank Holidays

Returns

Of course, we hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at hello@thearomatherapylifestyle.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be complete, unopened, unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging.

Any postal charges incurred to return items to us cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. The exception is if items are damaged in transit from us to the customer, in which case the return postage cost of the items will be refunded to you.

It is suggested to purchase postal/courier insurance when returning items and for the items to be securely packaged. We cannot be liable for any items that have been damaged or lost in return transit to us and they cannot be refunded. Compensation in this case should be sought via your delivery courier company/Royal Mail.

Damaged Items

Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit from us, please email us immediately, and no later than 7 days from receipt, at hello@thearomatherapylifestyle.co.uk. Please take photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in to allow us to process a claim via the delivery method. Please do not dispose of the damaged item until the issue has been resolved.
